Yungblud performed a medley of songs onĀ BBC Radio 1ās Live Lounge – listen below.

The stationās annual series of special sessions returned today (September 5) with a set from Yungblud, who was in the BBC studio following the release of his self-titled third albumĀ last week.
Alongside his band, he played an unexpected medley of three songs: Black Sabbathās ‘War Pigs’, Kanye Westās ‘POWER’ and The 1975ās comeback single ‘Part Of The Band’.

Further performances on Live Lounge will follow from Self EsteemĀ (September 6),Ā RAYEĀ (7) and Wet Leg (8) ahead of an as-yet-unannounced āvery special guestā on September 12. Another mystery session is scheduled for September 15.

Elsewhere, Yungblud sharedĀ the official music video for his latest singleĀ āTissuesā last week. The song sees the Doncaster artist ā real name Dominic Harrison ā sample The Cureās classic track āClose To Meā.
InĀ a four-star review,Ā NMEĀ described the new āYungbludā record as Harrisonās āmost confident, cohesive album, which sees him fighting hate with understanding and loveā, adding: āItās a battle he knows he can win.ā
Meanwhile,Ā Yungblud has announced that heāll be playing three intimate LA shows in one night next week. Heāll play alongside his live band and will be joined by some āvery special guestsā at the shows.
