The members of the men’s England football club have revealed which songs they are currently listening to while training in camp.

While appearing on BBC’s Football Daily Podcast, the current squad shared which tunes are they are currently hitting repeat on. Cole Palmer shared that he is listening to ‘Choppa’ by Lil Baby and Byron Messia. Ezri Konsa and Bukayo Saka both shared that they are currently jamming out to Tems‘ ‘Love Me Jeje’ with the latter saying that the track is “Such a vibe, man.” After being asked if he was listening to the track pre-match, Saka responded: “Listening to it pretty much every day.”

Phil Foden said: “That new England song the fans are singing about me,” referring to ‘Phill Foden’s On Fire’ – a play on Bruce Springsteen‘s ‘Dancing In The Dark’. “I think I’ve got that on repeat, it’s stuck in my head. Every time I turn up to the stadium and hear it, it’s, yeah a surreal moment.”

Tommy Richman’s ‘Million Dollar Baby’ was Ivan Toney’s pick, while ‘Last Heartbreak Song’ by Ayra Starr and Giveon was Eberechi Eze’s choice.

“I’ll give you the one that I’ve been listening to on the bus,” shared John Stones. “It’s called ‘Yamore’ [by Moblack]. It’s house as well. I love house music, I love the feeling of it.

“I’m not even in charge of the music but there is one song that [Jordan] Pickford puts on,” began Kieran Tripper. “He’s into rave music, Pickford. Pickford’s music is horrendous.”

Some of Pickford’s favourite tunes could be found scattered across his social media accounts and include tracks from Bastille to John Legend, as well as The Courteeners‘ ‘Not Nineteen Forever’, Lucy Spraggan‘s ‘Tea And Toast’, Kanye West‘s ‘All Of The Lights’, Ed Sheeran‘s ‘Castle On The Hill’ and more.

In other news, the football anthem ‘Three Lions’ is being tipped to reach Number One in the UK Charts as England have reached the Euro 2024 final.

Betting company William Hill have said they expect three songs to vie for the top spot this July: David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and The Lightning Seeds‘ ‘Three Lions’, Neil Diamond classic ‘Sweet Caroline’ and Fat Les’ ‘Vindaloo’.

The news follows England’s glorious victory on July 10, which saw Ollie Watkins score a last-minute goal to push the Three Lions into the final against Spain on Sunday (July 14).

‘Three Lions’, which was originally released in 1996, previously broke records when it shot to Number One during the World Cup in 2018.

Meanwhile, the O2 Arena has recently announced London’s largest screening of the 2024 UEFA Euro finals this Sunday (July 14) and a free ballot for entry.

Singers Adele and Ed Sheeran were recently spotted cheering on the England men’s football team on July 10 in their semi final clash with the Netherlands at the Euros.

Elsewhere, The Killers paused their London show for the last five minutes of the Euros semifinals, celebrating England’s win with a performance of ‘Mr Brightside’ straight after.
