This past weekend, Deftones teamed up with System Of A Down for a one-off co-headlining gig – here’s what went down.

The two bands took over San Fransisco’s Golden Gate Park on Saturday (August 17) which saw roughly 50,000 fans in attendance. The likes of The Mars Volta, Viagra Boys, and VOWWS served as opening acts for the show.

The show marked System Of A Down’s only live performance of this year so far aside from their sold-out gig at this year’s edition of Sick New World festival in Las Vegas back in April.
