sorn clc yujin kep1er keep in touch 2024

CLC member Sorn has revealed that members of the K-pop girl group continue to keep in touch despite their inactivity.

The Thai K-pop idol recently uploaded a Q&A video on YouTube where she answered questions sent in by fans. One asked if she still keeps in contact with fellow CLC member Yujin, who has since gone on to re-debut in Kep1er, following a successful appearance on the reality TV programme Girls’ Planet 999.

Sorn revealed in the video that she is still in fact in contact with Yujin, adding that just last month, she had “a quick date with Yujin and a couple of my [fellow CLC] members”.

“She is now in Japan doing her Kep1er stuff,” she added. “She is the busiest out of all of us, so it is really hard for me to schedule a date with her, but I’m so happy I was able to catch her before she flew to Tokyo for her Kep1er stuff.”

Sorn also continued by reassuring fans that although Sorn may not upload photos and videos of her time spent with her fellow CLC members, it doesn’t mean they aren’t seeing or talking to each other.

Kep1er recently dropped their first studio album ‘Kep1going On’, led by title track ‘Shooting Star’ in June. It marked their last music release as a nine-member group, after which members Mashiro and Yeseo left the group.

Although Kep1er were formed in early 2022 with a limited contract that would expire on July 2024, talks between the band’s managing company WAKEONE and the individual members’ representing labels made for successful negotiations for most of Kep1er to extend their contracts together.

The remaining seven members of Kep1er will continue promoting and releasing music as a group, while Mashiro and Yeseo have joined MADEIN, a newly rebranded band which previously operated under the name LIMELIGHT.
