Kylie Minogue, Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo have been hinting at a potential collaboration together on social media.
Yesterday (July 8), Minogue took to her official Instagram account to share a photo of a pink silk fabric with a link that directed fans to pre-save a piece of music. The link featured the emojis for the Scorpio, Gemini and Virgo star signs.
Now, the pop icon has shared a video clip on the social media platform of herself dialling the number 6,0,6 and getting a phone call from someone named “mom”. During the phone call, a snippet of a song can be heard before the singer says, “hi”.
Both Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo have also shared a video clip on their Instagram accounts that sees them picking up the same phone call from “mom” with the same snippet of the song playing before they each say “hi”. It may be that the three singers are set to release a collaboration soon.
Each of the captions for their post have the same star sign emoji that was seen in Minogue’s pre-save link. The ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ singer’s star sign is Gemini, Rexha’s is a Virgo and Lo is a Scorpio.
If the collaboration between the three is true, it will mark the second time Lo and Minogue team up for a second time following 2019’s ‘Really Don’t Like U‘. It will mark the first time Rexha and Minogue will have worked together.
Minogue teasing new music comes ahead of her BST Hyde Park show in London on July 13. The likes of Marina, Anitta, ALTĂGO, Ella Henderson, Tom Rasmusen, ADMT, Fred Roberts, Say Now, Grace Gachot and Blusher will be joining the âPadam Padamâ singer as special guests. Any remaining tickets for the show can be found here.
âI canât wait to return to BST Hyde Park this summer,â Minogue said when the show was first announced in February. âMy last appearance at this iconic event was in 2015 and it was a truly unforgettable experience. So excited to see you all again!â
Minogue previously hinted at a possible collaboration with Madonna after their recent appearance on stage together on one night of Madonnaâs âCelebrationâ tour. Joining forces for International Womenâs Day, they sang a rendition of Minogueâs 2001 hit âCanât Get You Out Of My Headâ, as well as Gloria Gaynorâs girl-power anthem âI Will Surviveâ.
Back in June, she joined forces with Orville Peck on stage, when the two broke out the live debut of a new track called âMidnight Rideâ.
