BLABBERMOUTH.NET

POISON drummer Rikki Rockett married his longtime girlfriend TC Smith over the weekend. Attending the ceremony, which was held on Saturday, April 9 at the Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, California, were Rikki's POISON bandmates Bret Michaels and Bobby Dall, as well as CINDERELLA drummer Fred Coury. Bret, who attended the wedding with his 20-year-old daughter Raine Michaels, shared a few photos from the event on his Instagram page and he wrote in an accompanying caption: "Congratulations to Rikki & TC. What an awesome wedding & great time." Rikki was previously married to singer/songwriter Melanie Martel. The 60-year-old rocker and his ex-wife, who had a prenuptial agreement, finalized their divorce in July 2017. They share joint custody of their two kids — 12-year-old son Jude Aaron Rockett and nine-year-old daughter Lucy Sky Rockett. At the time of their divorce, TMZ reported that Rikki would pay Melanie $2,000 a month in child support until the kids turn 18 and he would also cover their club activities. The tabloid site also reported that Rikki's child support payments would double during the months he is on a "full-scale" tour with POISON. Los Angeles Times reported in November 2016 that Rockett sold his home in Southern California for $1.05 million. Rikki bought the five-acre property — which boasted a 3,794-square-foot house in the Castaic area of northern Los Angeles — in 2011 for $665,000. Rikki, whose real name is Richard Allan Ream, and Melanie met in 2006 and they were married on October 18, 2008. Rockett was declared cancer free more in 2016 after undergoing an experimental treatment. He was diagnosed with oral cancer back in 2015. POISON's reunited original lineup — Rockett, Michaels, Dall and C.C. DeVille — will embark on "The Stadium Tour" with MÖTLEY CRÜE, DEF LEPPARD and JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS this summer. The trek was originally scheduled to take place in the summer of 2020 but ended up being pushed back to 2021, and then to 2022, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
