Taylor Swift

The extra support acts for Taylor Swift‘s final run of ‘Eras’ UK shows have been confirmed, with Raye, Holly Humberstone, Suki Waterhouse and more joining the line-up.

Swift will return to Wembley Stadium for five dates between August 15 and 20 with Paramore supporting at all shows. Joining them will be Sofia Isella on August 15, Holly Humberstone (16), Suki Waterhouse (17), Maisie Peters (19) and Raye (20).

Humberstone described the news as “the hardest secret I’ve ever had to keep”, adding: “As if I get to support Taylor Swift at ‘The Eras Tour’!!!! pinch me!! Taylor thank you thank you thank you I am eternally grateful and what an honour. I have no words and I can’t fuckin wait for the 16th! See you at Wembley!”

“It feels like an honour to simply exist at the same time as @taylorswift, let alone be an opener for her on the biggest and best tour ever,” added Waterhouse. “A dream come true that I never want to wake up from. Playing at wembley stadium in my hometown!!”

Meanwhile, Peters said: “I don’t know how it gets better than this.”

“Someone I’ve never met has changed my life even more than she already has just through her writing alone,” wrote Isella. “Your fearlessness in continuing to push yourself and win again and again is the most joyful thing to watch, @taylorswift13. Thank you. Holy shit.”

At her previous run of Wembley Stadium ‘Eras’ shows in June, MetteGriff and Benson Boone opened for Swift alongside Paramore, taking one show each.

In other Swift news, the singer released another variant of her recent album ‘The Tortured Poets Department‘ featuring a “First Draft Phone Memo” version of ‘My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys’, available for only 24 hours.

Fans have speculated the release was timed in an effort to block both Charli XCX and Billie Eilish from charting with their recently released albums, ‘Brat‘ and ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft‘. When both artists teamed up on ‘Guess’, Swift promptly released another variant of the album, as her critics predicted she would.
