Rylan has been confirmed as the host of a new “totally unblurred” naked dating show, Dating Naked UK, on Paramount+.
The show is a UK offshoot of a US show that aired between 2014 and 2016 and has had spin-offs in various other countries. Similar to the long-running Channel 4 dating show Naked Attraction, ten single contestants will be ditching digital dating in favour of trying to find love while completely naked. The show promises to celebrates love, body confidence and the braveness to bare all, literally.”
“This show contains full nudity without any blurring or pixelation,” the platform said.
The ten contestants will live in a “tropical paradise” while naked 24/7. Along the way, they will be sent on various dates, while new contestants will enter their living quarters to shake up the dynamics and test the others’ connections. Every episode, one contestant is set to be eliminated via a segment called The Dumping Ground.
The cast includes Billy Field, a 24-year-old builder from Essex; Las Vegas hairdresser Chrislove Brandt; Dan Ash, a 32-year-old personal trainer; and Dominik Herbert, a 27-year-old Canadian. The other contestants are Emily Read, 26; Lauren Beschi, 26; Mike Durrant, 29; Rico Hammett, 30; Romeo, 32 [who previously competed on The X Factor alongside Rylan in 2012]; and Tiegan Rudge, 26. The winners are set to take home a cash prize.
The show is set to premiere on August 23, with two episodes dropping every Friday via Paramount+.
