Shania Twain will perform a duet with Orville Peck on his forthcoming EP, âShow Ponyâ. The track, titled âLegends Never Dieâ, is one of six songs to appear on the record.
In a recent press release, Peck expressed his excitement to work with Twain.
âWorking with Shania was a dream come true,â he said. âHer music made me feel empowered as a kid and was a huge influence on me.â
Twain teased news of her collaboration last week (May 29), tweeting, âbaby weâve been up all nightâ. Peck subsequently retweeted Twainâs elusive post.

The news of Peck’s collaboration with Twain follows the release of his latest single, âNo Glory In The Westâ. The track, released on May 29, is accompanied by a video clip directed by Carlos Santolalla. âNo Glory In The Westâ is the second single from âShow Ponyâ, following on from the release of âSummertimeâ.
âShow Ponyâ hits shelves and streaming services on June 12, and is Peckâs follow-up to âPonyâ, which was released last year. Compared to its predecessor, the singer said âShow Ponyâ âis a more confident perspective and allows me to share even more both lyrically and musicallyâ.
âLike all country albums, âShow Ponyâ is a little collection of stories â some sad, some happy â and I am excited for people to hear it.â
