Taylor Swift has met with some of the survivors of the Southport stabbing attack at one of her ‘Eras’ tour shows at Wembley Stadium.
Photos shared by one of the victims’ mums on TikTok showed that the ‘Bejeweled’ singer had taken the time to meet her daughters backstage ahead of her show. The photos show Swift with the two girls â one of which appears to have a bandage around her left forearm â posing together as well as the singer’s mom Andrea joining in.

There has not been any confirmation of how many of the victims Swift has met with but it was reported that she had previously âreached out to families of Southport stabbing victimsâ before returning to perform at Wembley Stadium on August 15.
On July 29, three children were killed in a knife attack that took place at a Swift-themed dance and yoga workshop on Hart Street. As reported by Sky News, three of the victims â six-year-old Bebe King, seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, and nine-year-old Alice Dasilva Aguiar â have sadly passed. A 17-year-old has been charged with the murders of the three children.
Swift spoke out about the tragedy in a statement on July 30, writing: âThe horror of yesterdayâs attack in Southport is washing over me continuously, and Iâm just completely in shock.
âThe loss of life and innocence, and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families and first responders. These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families.â
While Swift didnât acknowledge the incident on stage in London, according to Sky News, the musician âprivately reached out the familiesâ of those affected ahead of the shows.
In other news, the singer recently performed âI Did Something Badâ for the first time on the âErasâ tour while at Wembley Stadium.
The London shows mark the first âErasâ concerts since Swiftâs three shows were cancelled in Vienna following a foiled terror attack plot. Swiftâs stage times in London had to be tweaked recently in the wake of the incident. Wembley Stadium also issued a statement warning ticketless fans that they cannot stand outside the venue while the concert is taking place â a trend known as âTay-gatingâ.
In a five-star review of Swiftâs UK âEras Tourâ opener in Edinburgh, NME wrote: âDespite being an arena show, in a huge, cavernous venue, Swift and her fans have managed to cultivate a community.

Following this monthâs London shows, Swift will head back to North America this autumn and end her mammoth âEras Tourâ in Vancouver, Canada in early December.
âThis has definitely been the most exhausting, all-encompassing but most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever wondered in my life, this tour,â Swift told the crowd as she marked her 100th âEras Tourâ show in Liverpool in June.
