A new study has revealed which iconic TV houses have been re-created the most in The Sims 4.
According to Clash.gg, who obtained data from the official The Sims 4 online gallery, The Simpsons’ house has been rebuilt in the game over 2000 times, making it the most popular. The Simpsons house has previously been recreated in Minecraft and Lego.
Monica’s iconic Friends apartment comes in second on the list with 1363 recreations while Joey and Chandler’s apartment is the thirteenth most popular, with Sims 4 fans building it just 33 times.

The list also features houses from New Girl, Bridgerton and Gilmore Girls, with the Wandavision home rounding out the top ten with 237 recreations. Check out the complete top ten below.

Back in 2021, EA announced that the next generation of The Sims franchise was in development following the 2014 release of The Sims 4. The following year, it confirmed the game was still a “couple of years” away from release, and fans are still waiting on a firm release date.
Sims rival Life By You was recently cancelled. In May, the game was indefinitely delayed, two weeks before its Early Access launch. Paradox then scrapped it completely the following month due to the development still looking ”far too long and uncertain.”
However, a movie inspired by The Sims is currently being developed by Margot Robbie’s production company. LuckyChap, also known for producing I, Tonya and Promising Young Woman, had a hugely successful 2023 producing infamous dark comedy thriller Saltburn and the record-breaking Barbie.
In other news, Obsidian Entertainment’s Avowed has reportedly been delayed. The game had been looking at a 2024 release, but due to a “busy” Xbox Game Pass schedule, it might be pushed back.
