The singer-songwriter hosted a listening party at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn ahead of her third LP’s release tomorrow May 17 (pre-order/pre-save here).
Ahead of the show she posted on her Instagram story: “Ur gonna hear my album omg i’m so excited and nervous oh my godddddddd.”
As she prepared to launch into the record she said to the audience: “I could shit myself right now! Do we wanna hear something? Alright, dudes, so I’m gonna play you the entire album – front to back – and I’m not gonna pause it in the middle, and I’m not gonna talk. Well, I don’t know. Maybe I will. But I’m trying not to talk. I’m doing my best.”
Eilish was spotted dancing around to a series of tracks throughout the party including ‘Lunch’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Birds Of A Feather’. You can view footage below.

She announced the pre-listening parties in the US earlier this month, with another one scheduled tonight (May 16) at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California (in association with Snapchat).
As for the UK, a new “immersive listening experience” will also go ahead at the Lightroom in London’s Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross tonight and tomorrow and will include just 10 shows. Three of these will be held on the former, taking place at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm, while seven shows will be held on the latter, starting at 10am and running every two hours until 10pm.
The audio-visual experience will last for an hour and is designed to let fans have an insight into “the vast and mysterious world she’s created with her new project”, as well as listen to the album in its entirety.
As part of Eilish’s environmental drive, fans are encouraged to take public transportation or carpool to and from the album listening parties to help reduce greenhouse gas pollution.
Elsewhere, the ‘What Was I Made For?’ singer explained why she isn’t sharing any singles from her new album before its release, saying that she wanted fans to experience it “all at once”. She also shared details of eco-friendly vinyl for her LP, with the pressings being made out of 100 per cent recyclable materials.
The ‘Bad Guy’ singer recently announced a ‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT’ 2024-2025 world tour which is set to kick off this Autumn. Visit here to purchase US tickets, here for UK tickets, here for European tickets and here for Australian tickets.
