Florence Welch and Jack Antonoff have made surprise appearances at Taylor Swift‘s final ‘Eras’ Wembley show. Check out the footage below.
Tonight (August 20) marks the last of five consecutive ‘Eras Tour’ shows at the iconic London stadium and the final night of the colossal tour’s European leg.
To wrap up the mini-residency, which began on August 15, Swift brought out Welch and Antonoff to surprise fans at the 92,000-capacity venue.
Welch joined the stage to perform ‘Florida!!!’, her collab from Swift’s most recent album ‘The Tortured Poets Department‘, marking the first time the track has been performed live.
Shortly after, Swift introduced her long-time collaborator Antonoff to the stage, saying: “I get to make music with one of my best friends in the world.”
Antonoff has worked with Swift since 2014’s ‘1989‘ and has since produced ‘Reputation‘, ‘Lover‘, ‘Folkmore‘, ‘Evermore‘, ‘Midnights‘ and ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, as well as her re-recorded albums.
Swift announced that they would play “a few of the favourite songs they’ve written together”, before launching into ‘Death By A Thousand Cuts’ and ‘Getaway Car’.
As Antonoff departed the stage, Swift then told the crowd, “London, give it up for the producer of the century, Jack Antonoff.”

The first night of her five-night ‘Eras’ tour run saw Swift bring out Ed Sheeran as a special guest. During the traditional âsurprise songâ segment of the show, the pop star introduced Sheeran as âone of my best friends in the worldâ and came out to perform âEverything Has Changedâ, his duet with Swift from 2012âs âRedâ. They then segued into âEnd Gameâ from 2017âs âReputationâ, followed by Sheeranâs own song âThinking Out Loudâ.
In a five-star review of Swiftâs UK âEras Tourâ opener in Edinburgh, NME wrote: âDespite being an arena show, in a huge, cavernous venue, Swift and her fans have managed to cultivate a community.
âStrangers swap friendship bracelets, laugh and cry together, and embrace the tourâs in-jokes and lore (for example shouting âone, two, three, letâs go bitchâ during âDelicateâ). Itâs the power of Swift, an artist whoâs inspired not only the renaming of a Scottish Loch, but also countless fans to come out and embrace being a part of the Eras family.
Following this monthâs London shows, Swift will head back to North America this autumn and end her mammoth âEras Tourâ in Vancouver, Canada in early December.
âThis has definitely been the most exhausting, all-encompassing but most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever wondered in my life, this tour,â Swift told the crowd as she marked her 100th âEras Tourâ show in Liverpool in June.
The shows marked the first âErasâ concerts since Swiftâs three shows were cancelled in Vienna last week following a foiled terror attack plot.
Swiftâs stage times in London had to be tweaked recently in the wake of the incident. Wembley Stadium also issued a statement warning ticketless fans that they cannot stand outside the venue while the concert is taking place â a trend known as âTay-gatingâ.
The lawyer representing the main suspect in the alleged Vienna concert terror plot has claimed that the accusations against their client have been exaggerated.
A third suspect was arrested by police last week after allegedly being in contact with the main suspect. Swift has not yet commented on the incident.
