Lucy Dacus has performed a Tiny Desk (Home) Concert from her old high school in Richmond, Virginia.
The indie-rock artist and her band returned to her alma mater for the special edition for NPRās long-running series.
Performing from the classrooms of Maggie Walker High School, Dacus shared renditions of four songs from her latest album āHome Videoā, which was released last month.
The setlist included āBrandoā, āVBSā, āGoing Going Goneā and āThumbsā. The latter performance was the first time Dacus has performed the song on camera. āIt might be tough to hear ā thatās just a warning,ā she told viewers beforehand. āIf you donāt want to listen to it, just turn this video off!ā

In a four-star review of Dacusā third album, NME said: āāHome Videoā is full of the Matador artistās typical subtle humour and gorgeously evocative poetry [ā¦] Dacus proves that looking back at your past might make you cringe, but there is beauty and value in those faltering, gawky days.ā
The star will bring the record to the stages of the UK and Ireland next year. The tour will begin at Leedsā Brudenell Social Club on March 18, and continue on to stops in Glasgow, Dublin, Manchester and Bristol. It will conclude with a gig at Londonās Kentish Town Forum on March 25.
Meanwhile, Dacus shared a cover of Snow Patrolās 2006 single āChasing Carsā last month, reimagining the track with spectral synths and atmospherics.
