Reneé Rapp brought out Chance The Rapper as a special guest during her set at this year’s edition of Lollapalooza.

Yesterday (August 2), the ‘Tummy Hurts’ singer took over the T-Mobile stage during the second day of the annual Chicagoan music bash. She kicked off her set with her tracks ‘Talk Too Much’, ‘Poison Poison’, and ‘Bruises’.

For the sixth song of her set, the pop singer covered Chance The Rapper’s ‘D.R.A.M. Sings Special’. After ending the song, the rapper joined Rapp on the stage for a performance of his track ‘No Problem’.

‘D.R.A.M. Sings Special’ and ‘No Problem’ appeared on the Chicago rapper’s 2016 mixtape ‘Coloring Book‘. It made history by becoming the first mixtape to chart on the US Billboard 200 solely on streams and landed the Number Eight spot on the chart.

‘Coloring Book’ received praise from critics for its blend of hip-hop and gospel sounds and won a Grammy for Best Rap Album in 2017. The mixtape was also the first streaming-only album ever to win a Grammy.

Elsewhere in her set, Rapp treated the massive crowd to her tracks ‘Swim’, ‘Willow’, and ‘In The Kitchen’ before ending her set with her hits ‘Tummy Hurts’ and ‘Snow Angel’.

In other Lollapalooza news, Laufey brought out RAYE as a surprise guest for a cover of ‘It Could Happen To You’ during her set.

Elsewhere, Kesha unknowingly used a “real butcher knife” for her performance of ‘Backstabber’ at the music festival and  Hozier live debuted his unreleased track ‘Nobody’s soldier’ and called for a ceasefire in Gaza.
