Marilyn Manson attends The Art Of Elysium's 13th Annual Celebration - Heaven at Hollywood Palladium on January 04, 2020 in Los Angeles, California.

A woman who claims Marilyn Manson subjected her to “horrific” abuse as a minor in the ’90s has spoken publicly for the first time.

Bianca Allaine Kyne released a statement yesterday (July 15) saying she felt “empowered” to step forward with her full identity.

“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long,” she said in a new statement released by her lawyer, Jeff Anderson to Rolling Stone.

Kyne claims Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, subjected her to “horrific” abuse in New Orleans in 1995, when she was 16-years-old, then again in 1999 on Long Island and in upstate New York.

She added: “Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York.”

Kyne continued: “For years, I lived under his shadow, paralysed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritises profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”

Warner’s lawyer, Howard King, denied the allegations and said the claims are “vicious lies” that amount to a “shakedown” of his client.

He told Rolling Stone: “Brian Warner does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”

NME has contacted King for further comment.

Kyne first filed a lawsuit as a Jane Doe against Manson in January 2023. She alleged at the time that the musician manipulated her into joining him on a tour bus after a concert in New Orleans in December 1995, when she was still 16. She then claims he “performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct”.

She alleged Warner later “coerced” her into sex in Uniondale and Buffalo in New York just days apart in April 1999, after she turned 18.

Warner filed a motion to dismiss the New York lawsuit on May 22 last year, according to Rolling Stone and last December, Kyne voluntarily moved her New Orleans-based sexual assault claims case to a separate lawsuit in Louisiana.

Earlier this month, the judge overseeing the New York case approved the removal of the 1995 Louisiana claims to New Orleans while denying Manson’s attempt to strike Kyne’s “intentional infliction of emotional distress” claim relating to her alleged 1999 assaults.

But the judge came down on Manson’s side when he ruled that Kyne must remove all mention of her alleged grooming and sexual abuse as a minor from the “Factual Background” section of her New York complaint and strike any paragraphs related to artistic drawings she composed as a minor and allegedly showed to the musician.

Manson reportedly did not attempt to dismiss Kyne’s sexual battery claims related to the alleged assaults in 1999.

It comes after a raft of sexual abuse allegations were levelled against Manson in February 2021, including by his ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood, who made allegations of rape, torture, and threats. Separate claims of abuse from more than 12 women have also been made.

Numerous lawsuits have ensued since, with Manson consistently denying the allegations.

Other accusers include Game of Thrones actress and former girlfriend Esme Bianco and ex-girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline. The lawsuit filed by Smithline has since been dismissed, while Manson denied Bianco’s claims as “meritless” and settled with her in January 2023.

He was also accused by someone only known as Jane Doe in September 2023 – however, her case was settled a week ahead of going on trial.

Elsewhere last December, his former assistant Ashley Walters won a critical appeal that revived her case which was originally dismissed in 2022. He is set to face a lawsuit filed by Walters in a Los Angeles court in June 2025.

Meanwhile, Manson signed a new record deal with independent metal record label Nuclear Blast in May this year.
