JoJo Siwa has reacted to Chloe Fineman’s “iconic” impression of her on Saturday Night Live.

The singer and former Dance Moms star returned her comeback single ‘Karma’ in April, revealing her dramatic new look. Per a press release, the track marked her new era that would “kickstart an unfiltered, undeniable, and unrestrained phase for the record-breaking star”.

Last weekend (May 4), Fineman joined Colin Jost during SNL‘s Weekend Update segment wearing a black and silver sparkly bodysuit and KISS-inspired make-up, similar to JoJo’s new, edgier look.

The skit poked fun at Siwa’s new rebrand, including her goal to make “gay pop” and how she is in her new “bad girl era”. It also saw the SNL actor take on Siwa’s viral dance move that’s accompanied her various ‘Karma’ performances.

Now, Siwa has taken to her Instagram stories to share her reaction and gush about Fineman’s parody. “ICONIC,” she wrote. “I literally don’t know what to say. This is fucking crazy. 3 and a half minute skit on SNL…“.

Fineman also responded to Siwa’s reaction in her own Instagram stories writing: “@itsjojosiwa you are my spirit animal (rock fingers) and ACTUALLY the most iconic.”

In other news, fans have been speculating that ‘Karma’ actually first existed as a scrapped Miley Cyrus demo from 2011.

In a new interview, Siwa spoke out about the comparisons to Cyrus and said that she’s flattered.

“When I was 8, Miley had her ‘Bangerz’ moment and I was like, ‘All I want is to have that one day.’ I want that,” she said on a new episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast. “Honestly since I was 15 my whole inner circle has been talking about it and getting excited for it.”

She continued that she is “proud” to share ‘Karma’, and that the “full 180 moment” is something that she has “always wanted”.
